Features :

Sensing Way
Optical(Photoelectric )smoke detector responds to smoke. It has a chamber inside consists of a “light-emitting diode (LED)” that constantly shoots a beam of light and a “photocell” that senses light from darkness. In peacetime, the “photocell”can not senses the beam of light form the “light-emitting diode (LED)”. When there is smoke into the chamber of detector ,the beam of light is scattered by smoke particles, and the scattered light hit the“photocell”, thus the alarm is initiated.

Sensing Way
Ionization smoke detector responds to smoke. It has an ionization chamber inside. The ionization chamber with ions in it will generate a constant, small electric current.When smoke enters this detector, the smoke particles attach to the ions inside the chamber and neutralize them. That will cause the current inside the chamber drop, therefore trigger the detector alarm.

Installation Note
- Remove the gong.
- Wire the bell in the circuit.
- Mount bell mechanism on 4″ square standard outlet box with the striker facing down.
- Remove a gong.
- The bell must be mounted a minimum of 8ft., above the floor, or, as close to the ceiling as possible.
- Polarized bell provides Red(-) and Black(-) lead wires. When you install the bell, must be observed the polarity.
